Ross EmmettThe EMMETT technique is a unique body therapy created by Ross Emmett.

It is a technique that has shown to ease pain and discomfort, increase movement and improve quality of life.

It restores the muscle memory and releases tension. It works via the body’s response to the application of Emmett involves light finger/thumb pressure to specific areas of the body.

The EMMETT points are small sensors that allow access to the brain via the therapists’ touch.

The brain then evaluates this stimulus and initiates the response of the muscle group to re-adjust the tension.

As well as the ability to directly influence muscle action, these points may have a memory and emotional attachment.

The Benefits of this Treatment
